.LOW PRESSURE OVER THE OHIO VALLEY THIS EVENING WILL TRACK ACROSS THE CENTRAL APPALACHIANS EARLY MONDAY BEFORE MOVING OFF THE MID- ATLANTIC COAST MONDAY NIGHT. IT BRINGS ICE THEN A LITTLE SNOW TO THE NORTHERN MID ATLANTIC TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT.

* LOCATIONS...THE PHILADELPHIA METRO AREA. * HAZARD TYPES...FREEZING RAIN...SLEET AND SNOW. * SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN 1 INCH. * ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A TRACE TO ONE TENTH INCH. * TIMING...MIST OR LIGHT RAIN SHOULD DEVELOP OVERNIGHT AND TURN TO FREEZING FREEZING DRIZZLE OR LIGHT FREEZING RAIN TOWARD 5 OR 6 AM AS NEAR FREEZING TEMPERATURES FINALLY ARRIVE FROM THE NORTHEAST.
