* LOCATIONS...NORTHEASTERN MARYLAND, NORTHERN DELAWARE, SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA AND PARTS OF SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY. * HAZARD TYPES...SNOW, SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN. * SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN 1 INCH. * ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH. * TIMING...SNOW AND SLEET WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. THE SNOW AND SLEET WILL TRANSITION TO FREEZING RAIN THIS EVENING BEFORE CHANGING TO RAIN FOR THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. * IMPACTS...UNTREATED SURFACES MAY BECOME ICY.
