RESULT IN DANGEROUS WIND CHILL VALUES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS, MAKE SURE EXPOSED SKIN IS COVERED.
YOUNG CHILDREN, THE ELDERLY AND THE HOMELESS ARE ESPECIALLY
VULNERABLE TO THE COLD. APPROPRIATE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN TO
ENSURE PETS HAVE ADEQUATE PROTECTION FROM THE COLD TEMPERATURES.
PROTECT EXPOSED PIPES BY TRICKLING WATER THROUGH THEM TO PREVENT
FREEZING.
