EXCESSIVE RUNOFF ASSOCIATED WITH THIS RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF HIGHWAYS, STREETS, AND OTHER POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS SUCH AS UNDERPASSES. SMALLER CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL ALSO RISE ABOVE THEIR BANKS. A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS IMMEDIATELY.
