Multiple Tornados have already spawned today, and there are more to come. The areas from Missouri to Virginia, from Indiana to the Gulf Coast is all game today. Storm Prediction Center has placed over 9,000,000 people today in a High Risk for tornado's. High Risk category is not used commonly, and is only placed out when conditions are at the very most optimal conditions.
