8/23/11 Evening Hurricane Irene Update

Irene has been trending to the east almost every advisory that is issued. Most recently, it is now showing that at 2pm Sunday, a Hurricane (74-110mph winds) is on the doorstep of Cape May, NJ. Still, on this track, the Outer Banks of NC would take a MASSIVE hit and will likely have devastating effects on the island. Here is the 5 day progression from this evening:
