The four letter word showing up on the latest model runs

Thats right, a snow event is showing up on the GFS model for Saturday and Saturday evening for the NJ area. Now, this has shown up on the past two runs of the GFS model, and there is not too much agreement with this, so I will continue to watch this. As of now, there would be a chance of snow Sat. Other than that, a cold front pushed through today, and will keep temps tomorrow in the mid 40s. temps back up to the 50's Wednesday and Thursday before the temps begin to fall following a cold front Wednesday Night. With that cold front passage, we will be looking at a nice amount of rain. From here, the next storm will be on Saturday and we will see what that brings. Next model run will be in around 2300 tonight. I will also review some other model runs to see if there is any concurring data for Saturday. More to come!
